I'm Bianca. My philosophy is simple. I represent producers I believe in. With Producers who value integrity and put real character into every bottle. Being able to bridge that connection between authentic stories and brands with buyers who share that vision, is something that is very important to me. Based in San Francisco, with a sprinkle of SoCal and South Bay representation.
I'm not here for a quick placement, but rather to be a partner and a resource to my accounts. Coming from Hospitality, I see wine sales as an extension of that same spirit. Helping to build upon a wine industry that has a distinct point of view and a growing range of representation is a mission that takes all of us in this new era of wine.

My background didn’t come in the form of certifications per se, but was formed on the floor, with thirteen years+ of working in the restaurant and bar industry. That hands-on experience is the foundation of my approach. In addition to brokering wine, I run a tiny consulting firm with my husband and which includes managing a wine program for a small wine bar in San Francisco.
I started on the sales side in 2023 and have loved going deep into the stories of the small producers I represent. My passion for the culture, knowledge and what makes this industry so special—finds a way to seep into most of my other personal projects; from producing a podcast that’s our “love letter” towards wine and hospitality: The Reluctant Somm (hosted by my partner) to developing an AI Vertical SaaS product towards this niche industry, I’m clearly obsessed with it all.
When I am not in the market or office, you can find me hosting supper clubs at our home in Noe Valley, wheel-throwing ceramic tableware or spending quality time with my three year old Riesling, “Reese” for short. And just in case that’s not enough, I also co-host a podcast, Chaotic Era by our other brand The Poor Millennials—about our journey of Upward Mobility in the Modern World.
